- Go and login to bank's site http://www.icicibank.com/irctc to access the online railway reservation page.
- Enter details like source and destination station, date of journey, class of travel.
- After providing details you will need to enter your IRCTC user ID and registered email ID. If you don't yet have an account on IRCTC you can create a new account by following steps on irctc registration. You'll get OTP (One Time Password) on your mobile if you provide correct details.
- You should now be on seat booking page. Select train, berth choice, and journey date here. Enter the passenger details thereafter.
- Last step is making payment. If you are a customer of ICICI bank you can use your account. If you are customer of some other banks you can select your bank and use internet banking, credit/ debit card service for making online payment.
- Check your phone to see that railway booking confirmation is received along with details like PNR number, coach, seat number.
After booking tickets if you decide to cancel them you can also do the same on the same website. It's all too easy.
