RSRTC bust ticket cancellation
You can cancel your RSRTC booking online easily. Follow the steps below cancelling bus ticket:

- Enter ticket number and mobile number.
- Click on Search.
- Your booked tickets will be listed. Select the ticket you want to cancel.
Refund after cancelling bus ticket
For all the tickets cancelled online RSRTC will refund money in bank account through which ticket of the bus was booked originally. No cash payment will be done. Money will be received/ credited to your account withing 3-4 days.
The refund will be given as per rules:
- Customer cancels ticket before 24 hours of scheduled bus departure time: 95% of base fare only would be refunded. The 5% of base fare amount would be retained with RSRTC as cancellation charges.
- Customer cancel ticket within 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled bus departure time: 80% of base fare only would be refunded. The 20% of base fare amount would be retained with RSRTC as cancellation charges.
- RSRTC ticket is cancelled within 1 hour and before 30 minutes of scheduled departure time: 50% of base fare only would be refunded. The 50% of base fare amount would be retained with RSRTC as cancellation charges.
- Lastly, If ticket is cancelled within 30 minutes of scheduled departure time of bus: No Refund will be granted, 100% total fare amount (inclusive all charges) would be retained with RSRTC as cancellation charges.
Also please note that:
- In case, if passenger is absent for journey at the time of departure of bus, no refund will be given to the passenger.
- For getting the refund, passenger should submit an application with e- ticket to the Chief Manager of respective RSRTC Depot in person/through e-mail/by post requesting with proper reason for the purpose.
