Jio's plan which comes at Rs 149 is also valid for 28 days but data offered is very less, a mere 4.2 GB. There is also a limit of 150 MB daily. 150 Mb is nothing and most users data usage will exceed that, especially if one likes to watch plenty of videos and movies on a smartphone.
This plan of Vodafone is actually 37 rupees cheaper than that of a reliance plan. JIO plan which comes anyway near to this prepaid mobile recharge plan cost Rs 459.
